Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on customised items. Each custom order is individually crafted, so please choose carefully. All pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled, as they are processed with our suppliers immediately after purchase.

Ordering Details

Please ensure that all details, including sizing and design choices, are correct before completing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they’ve been placed. Lil Print is not responsible for customer input errors, including sizing or spelling errors in customisations. If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lilprint.com.

Personalisation and Handmade Variations

Every custom creation is personalised by hand, meaning slight variations in placement may occur, adding to the unique charm of each piece. We use only high-quality garments and materials for personalisation. To maintain quality, please follow the care instructions included with each item.

Manufacturing Faults

If you suspect a manufacturing fault with your item, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving it, including your order name and number. Wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults, and items showing signs of misuse, improper care, or mishandling are not eligible for refunds.

If your item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, you may return it (at your expense) within 7 days of delivery. For qualifying returns, we offer a full refund or exchange based on stock availability. Minor faults may be repaired, while unrepairable faults may be eligible for a replacement. If a replacement or repair is not feasible, you will receive a full refund.
