Please review our streamlined shipping policy to understand when and how your order will be delivered. Note that all products are made-to-order, and delivery timings may vary.
Order Processing Times
- Peak Periods: For yearly occasions, orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days after payment, plus shipping time.
- Regular Periods: Outside of peak times, orders are dispatched within 4 business days after payment.
- Waiting On Order Confirmation: If your order is custom and requires order confirmation. If you are delayed in confirming your order this will extend our processing time.

Delivery Timings
- Standard Shipping: Add an additional 2-5 business days.
- Express Delivery: In metro areas, add an additional 1-2 business days.
Important Delivery Information
- Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as changes can only be made before the order leaves our warehouse.
Pre-ordered Items
- Items marked as pre-order are shipped based on the expected dispatch dates in the product description. These dates might change due to unforeseen delays.
- If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, it will not be shipped until all items are available. For urgent needs, consider placing separate orders for in-stock items.

- Currently, we only ship within Australia.
